YASKAWA operates a hot desk so every MOTOMAN robot user can contact us during normal office hours for consultation or trouble shooting. Often issues can be resolved over the phone, but if it is necessary to attend site, our team of Support Engineers will visit you as soon as possible. Further assistance is available such as remote diagnostics and out of hours 24 x 7 support as part of our extensive range of service agreement solutions.
