MOTOMAX PACKAGE

This package will offer you comprehensive support via the telephone, on-site engineer attendance and supply of spares. You will also benefit from special discounts on certain Motoman products and services.

  • An engineer guaranteed to be on your site within 24 hours of notification of a breakdown
  • Free of charge telephone support between 8:30 and 17:00
  • 10% discount on hourly rate for engineer site attendance
  • 15% discount on Motoman UK training courses
  • 15% discount on spare parts
  • One off annual payment
  • 1,2 or 3 year terms available

MOTOMAX PLUS PACKAGE

This package offers the benefits of the MOTOMAX package with the added peace of mind of a regular, free service of your robot/s. You can still take advantage of the special discounts available on a selection of Motoman products and services.

  • An engineer guaranteed to be on your stie within 24 hours of notification of a breakdown
  • Regular service of your robot/s (within normal working hours)
  • Free of charge telephone support between 8:30 and 17:00
  • 10% discount on hourly rate for engineer site attendance
  • 15% discount on Motoman UK training courses
  • 15% discount on spare parts
  • Annual or monthly payment plan available
  • 1,2 or 3 year terms available

MOTOMAX 24 PACKAGE

This package is recommended if you are looking for an agreement that offers round the clock, 24 hour support. It can be purchased as a stand alone package or as an add on to the MOTOMAX or MOTOMAX PLUS packages.

  • Access to a qualified Motoman engineer by telephone 24 hours a day, 6 days a week
  • Many issues can be resolved by an engineer over the telephone enabling you to continue production
  • Spare parts diagnosis and preparation via the telephone, enabling parts to be dispatched promptly, as early as 8:00am
  • Early diagnosis of a problem speeds timing of engineer attendance on site (if required)

Any customer taking out the MOTOMAX 24 PACKAGE is entitled to a 10% discount on the MOTOMAX and MOTOMAX PLUS packages
