MOTOMAN Gantry Systems
Gantry mounted robots make the next-to-impossible possible in robot arc welding. The robot's working range can be as large as is required - Motoman can supply gantry systems of up to 26 metres in length. Positioners are available with payloads of up to 20,000kg.

Motoman's heavy-duty robot welding systems have been designed to provide a reliable, accurate and economic welding solutions for the production of large components and workpieces such as excavators, containers and parts for earthmoving equipment. The robot, gantry and positioner are all fully servo-powered and synchronized in the robot controller. Many configurations are possible including twin robot systems with two robots on one gantry. |
Motoman is the only company that can trial-out heavy duty welding parts on a resident demonstration 11-axes gantry system that is set up at our Johnson Park premises in Banbury.
