MOTOMAN Positioners & Tracks
Motoman design and manufacture a huge range of positioners and tracks.
Positioners are available with one or two stations; one to five axes; and with payloads of 250kg up to payloads of 20,000kg. All positioners are fully electrically controlled by servo-power. All axes are synchronised with the MOTOMAN robot through the robot controller.
Tracks are also available in a variety of different sizes with payloads from 600 kg up to 2500 kg; and travel lengths up to 21 meters. Both servo-powered and pneumatic traverse tracks are available.

RM2 Positioner The RM2-series is our most popular positioner of all time. This mid-size two-station positioner gives the operator opportunity to change the workpiece on one side while the robot is welding on the other side. The glare shield is integrated in the centre beam. The RM2 is available in a number of models with payload per station varying between 250kg and 750kg. |
